Terms, in plain English.

Who we are
Duy Nguyen, sole trader, Cambridge, UK, trading as CreatorsForge ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms go to hello@creatorsforge.co.
What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use creatorsforge.co or pick a time for a partnership call. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
The site explains how CreatorsForge works. It's general information, not advice, and nothing on it is an offer you can accept. Any numbers on the site or in our films are illustrative examples that show how the mechanics work.
The partnership call
The call is free, takes 45 minutes and runs on Google Meet. Picking a time doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. We use the call to see whether a partnership makes sense for both sides.
Partnerships
A partnership starts only when we both sign a written partnership agreement. That agreement sets out the commercial terms, including the revenue split, which is 70/30 in your favour by default. If the agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Your audience votes first
Every partnership includes a validation step before anything is built. Your audience responds to a story survey, polls, a test post or a waitlist. If the response doesn't clear our bar, we don't build that product, and we tell you why.
The 30-day promise
Once your audience's vote passes and we have what we need from you, we guarantee your product goes live within 30 days. If we miss that date through our own delay, we keep working at no extra charge until it's live. The promise doesn't cover delays caused by missed approvals, missing materials or revision rounds beyond the agreed scope.
No income promise
We don't promise income, sales or any particular result from any product. Results depend on your niche, your audience, your price and things outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site, in our films or on a call is a forecast of what you'll earn.
Who owns what
The product we build with you, including the writing, the graphics and the listing, belongs to you once it's delivered. Your Whop store and your audience stay yours. We keep ownership of our own systems, templates and tools. We'll only mention your product in our own marketing with your written permission.
Our content
The words, films, design and code on this site belong to CreatorsForge. You're welcome to share links to it. Please don't copy, resell or republish it without asking. The names and portraits of the people in our lineage belong to them, and appear here only to credit where our method comes from.
Other services
Cal.com runs our calendar, Google Meet runs the call, and Whop runs product checkouts. Each has its own terms, and those apply when you use them.
Liability
We provide this site as it is, for general information. We aren't liable for any loss from using it, except where the law doesn't let us exclude that. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. For partnerships, the partnership agreement sets out liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the offer or the site changes. The date at the top moves when we do. Active partners hear about material changes by email.
